Kuressaare bay is very appropriate to try kayaking first time. The whole route is defended from high waves and strong wind. You can notice from sea very scenic view to the old bishop castle and to the silhouette of all town, including new spahotels.

We’ll start and finish our voyage near Kuressaare city harbour. After instructions we will paddle leisurely to the Kuressaare bay. We will have a look at harbour, little islet Laiamadal, Loode bird-watching tower and location of former tavern Port Artur. Meantime we’ll have a longer stop in Loode tammik, where we may notice some orchids.

Easy. Suitable for beginning kayakers. No previous experience necessary.

Length of voyage – 10 kilometres. Duration of voyage – roughly 4 hours.

30 Eur per one participant (inlc. VAT). Minimum size of the group is 6 people.
